| Walk the line | | What did you think of this movie about johnny cash? The main stars are Joaquin Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon. Honestly I thought it was a good movie, but I am not a huge Cash fan. I think his music is all right. I think Witherspoon did a wonderful job in the movie and so did Phoenix, it just seemed like there was something missing while I watched it. It kinda felt like I was watching a Lifetime special instead of a award winning movie.What did you think of it? | |
| | Walk The Line | | Have you seen this movie yet, starring Jauquin Pheonix and Reese Witherspoon? It's the life story of the singer Johnny Cash. Hubby and I saw it for the first time last night. It was a very intersting story. It showed him as a boy, and some of the trials he went through, straight through till he became a star. His struggles with drug addiction and his love for June Carter, even though he was already married with children.
I really enjoyed this movie. There were parts of it that made me hang my head, such as the drug use and sleeping with younger girls while he was married, but that was the life he lived.Over all I give this movie a thumbs up. If you haven't seen it yet, go and rent it. If you have seen it, what did you think of it? | |

| I just watched Walk the Line, it was really good anyone else like it? | | I've always been a Johnny Cash fan, but this is the first time I had a chance to actually watch walk the Line. I thought it was great. I know it's been out for awhile, but I hadn't had a chance to actually sit down and watch it until last night. Although the guy who played him looked nothing like him, but the more I watched it the more he seemed to look like Johnny Cash. Anyone else think so? Or is it just me? | |

| The movie WALK THE LINE...did you watch it? | | i really liked it and learned that it is so important to stand by your man. June Carter saw past so many of Johnny Cash's faults and she stood by him. While his first wife only criticized him and tried to crush his spirit. Its really changed my outlook in life about my husbands dreams and am careful not to crush them.What about you...did you like the movie? what did you get out of it? | |

I just finished watching Walk the line, based on the life of Johnny Cash. It gave me an appreciation for a singer that I hardly new anything about. I also enjoyed watching Ray, the story of Ray Charles.
